Phoenix in February

We have been out of town this week at one of the most inspiring conferences that we’ve ever been to!  Although I’ll write more on it later, we thought it might be interesting to show you what Phoenix is like this time of year.

During the last several days, we’ve been sitting in airplanes, stuck inside airports for hours due to weather delays, and we’ve also spent long hours sitting in cold conference rooms.  Although the conference was well worth our efforts to get there, we took a long walk this morning to get the blood moving and get some fresh air.

As you may already know, Phoenix in February weather in Arizona is picture-perfect so we thought it might be a great time to show you what our downtown neighborhood looks like.  BTW, if you think this post sounds a little like an advertisement, you could be right!

Let us know your comments – or when you’re coming down to visit!  We’ll have to get together![printfriendly]

I bet those in Grand County, Colorado, would like to be in Phoenix instead of where they are. It has snowed a LOT up there this winter. There are some nice places close to your adobe. So I see you life right down town. I am not sure I could live there being a country girl all my life. I like to visit down town places, but like to go home to the country. 🙂

Yes, the climate is quite a bit different from Colorado. We’ve also lived in small towns most of our lives but when we decided to downsize, we wanted to try something different. The convenience of being within walking distance of so many restaurants and cultural venues is really hard to beat!

Yes, I would love to do a lot more writing about it because the information was so enlightening! It’s re-kindled my interest in all things basic personal finance! BTW, it’s going to be in the mid-80 degrees this week-end! ARGGH, it’s too early to be that warm!!
